Pavone emerges from 2020 as one of the region’s fastest growing companies

Growth is never easy. Growth during a pandemic? That’s something special. But that’s exactly what PMG’s Pavone did in 2020, posting year-over-year growth totals that landed us on the Central Penn Business Journal’s annual list of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies.

And while we’ll have to wait for the official gala in September to find out our exact position on the list, just making the cut is recognition enough. 

The secret to our success during one of the most trying times in American corporate history isn’t much of a secret at all. In fact, it’s a formula we’ve relied on roughly 10 other times over the years to earn a spot on the Fastest Growing Companies list. 

That winning formula is our people.
