Pavone Group promotes two in two companies to creative leadership roles

Pavone Group has promoted two key members of its creative team, recognizing their contributions to innovative storytelling and brand engagement. Matt Gruber has been elevated to Associate Creative Director of Content with Pavone Group’s content studio, Hooch, in Atlanta. Andrew Norris of Pavone Group’s food and beverage marketing agency, quench, in Philadelphia has been named Associate Creative Director.

Matt Gruber has been promoted to Associate Creative Director of Content. In his new role, he will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies, branded content, and digital storytelling initiatives. Gruber’s expertise in engaging audiences through innovative content will continue to elevate the agency’s creative work across multiple platforms.

ANDREW NORRIS – ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Andrew Norris has been promoted to Associate Creative Director. In his new position, Norris will lead creative direction across various campaigns, ensuring bold, strategic, and impactful storytelling. Norris’s keen eye for insight-driven work and commitment to pushing creative boundaries will help drive fresh, innovative work that connects with audiences and delivers results.
