Pavone Group adds four to media department including new media director

Pavone Group is expanding its media offering in 2024 and beyond and we’ve hired four new media industry experts to join the team. Among them is Jeremy Freeman, who will lead the department as media director. 

Additional media department hires include Media Planner & Buyer Drew Conklin, CRM & Marketing Automations Specialist Addie Harris and Media Operations Speciality Grant Alexander. 

“These additions add depth and leadership to an already strong media team,” said Pavone Group CEO Michael Pavone. “Jeremy will be an immediate asset not just for the agency, but also for our clients. He’s the kind of leader we need to take the Pavone Group media offering to the next level.” 

In addition to overseeing the department’s next phase of growth, Freeman will lead responsibilities for all media strategy and buying across Pavone Group and its agencies and on behalf of all clients.

During his career, Jeremy has worked in numerous consumer and B2B categories across QSR, retail, CPG, apparel, home goods (to name but a few) for such notable brands as Zaxby’s, Sprouts Farmers Markets, Jockey International, PURELL® Hand Sanitizer, Moen Faucets, Champion Spark Plugs, Hungry Jack and Parker Hannifin.
