PAVONE GROUP NAMES BRAD BOLEN AS CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Pavone Group has announced the addition of Brad Bolen as the organization’s new chief business officer. In this role, Bolen will lead and integrate key operational teams including interactive, project management, human resources and finance.

Bolen is a CPA who previously served as president of FloorMax USA and chief financial officer of commercial hardware manufacturer EMKA, Inc. At Pavone Group, he will be responsible for streamlining internal operations, supporting business growth initiatives and driving performance across departments and throughout the agency. 

“Brad is as bulldogged as it gets when it comes to business operations and financial strategy,” said Pavone Group CEO Michael Pavone. “He also brings a rare mix of strategic vision and operational know-how. Those qualities and his leadership will help us align our internal functions with the ambitious growth goals we’ve set for the future.”

His arrival signals a renewed focus on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration for Pavone Group and its agencies.
